Cleveland Culinary Launch & Kitchen is a 3,600 square foot kitchen, designed and equipped to house multiple companies.

How does this work?

The kitchen is set up with 6 work stations for Canning, Catering or Canning, Baking or Catering, and 3 Prep Stations for production that is not required to be under an exhaust hood (see Kitchen Stations and Equipment).


  • Dry, cooler and freezer storage shelves are rented on a monthly basis.
  • An “all purpose” room is available to members to use for tastings, classes, meetings, or just to eat lunch!
  • The Kitchen features an easy-access entry for loading and unloading, and free parking!
  • A key-card security system enables 24/7 member access.
